Saje bukak thread nie since lately belum ada idea nak bukak topic...so i thought it wld be nice if u ladies wld like to share abt any of your fave celebrities..with their own thread....

TAKUYA KIMURA, 35 y/o (and he still looks gd)

I've been watching TAKUYA KIMURA doramas since 2000, starting with BEAUTIFUL LIFE...his acting has always been a subtle act of love and warmth. In every of his doramas he is able to potray, LOVE, CARE, ANGER...FRUSTRATION....in short charismatic actor with many expressions and he often appears with different facades/ images.

Then I just realized ....he can not only ACT...he can SING, DANCE, PLAYS HARMONICA/ PIANO/ GUITAR, he is an avid SPORTSMAN and a COMEDIAN too...where o where can I find another celebrity that is multi-talented and not only good at all this but EXCELLENT in it.

When he does something he does it excellently and u can see it from just his appearances....which i feel definitely lacking in our local/malay artistes...:(

So...in short he is my ICHIBAN (no. 1) celebrity...and plus point..he looks multi-good too.

BEAUTIFUL LIFE (2000)

Some facts abt him....
- Kimura-san nie mcm Siti Nurhaliza..
Golden Icon of Japan...and similaryly for any popularity award shows...although he has age now at 35 he is still the hot favourite.
- He started his career in 1980, joining a boy-band group called SMAP. This group are all in their 30s and they are still together, having their own weekly SMAPxSMAP shows..where they act in comedy skits and also COOKS for famous celebrities..like Madonna, Beckham etc.

Is Kimura- san married?
Yes. He is married to Shizuka Kudo (90s pop idol)
His love/ marriage story is similar to Datuk Siti's shocking marriage announcement. His marriage caused a GREAT SHOCK to his fans and JAPAN.
In Mid 1999, he ended his 9 years relationship with his GF (normal lady, not in entertainment industry). Then suddenly, late 1999 he dated his idol who is 2 years older than him. Then she got pregnant and in late 2000 he got married to her.

The fans were angry and shocked of his sudden decision. But till now they are married with 2 daughters.

Why were the fans shock?
She is 2 years older than him and was a popular j-pop singer but her career was going downhill. She is average looker...to the fans/ the japanese she is not physically suitable for him and they thought she was trying to gain back her lost popularity by dating/ marrying him. And...she has a squeky cartoon voice...(terperanjat i dengar u hehe)

See the pattern tak ALONG....

most GOLDEN ICON will tend to disappoint their fans when it comes in choosing their life partner. We expect a Cinderella/ Prince Charming wedding/ marriage yet the total opposite.

Interestingkan...probably, as to rebel against their fans wishes ..speculation aje nie.

It will be launched in Japan on 8 Sept 2007. Critics and fans have given very good review during the premiere as this is the much await movie of Takuya Kimura and Matsu Takako
