| Food Fad in Singapore...Some popular food here...and my fave lah..esp..Fried Carrot cake.. Nasi Ayam Penyet
Ayam tu dah di goreng dengan rempah2/ tepung.. lepas tu diketuk hingga penyet. Bila digoreng tu extra crispy. The syiokness of this dish is sambal belacan tu lah.. Bahan-bahan 1 btg. lontong [dipotong dadu] 20 biji cili kering ] 2 labu bawang besar ] dimesin halus 4 ulas bawang putih ] 2 camb. udang kering ] 100 gm. daging cincang 2 biji telur 1 manggkuk kecil sayur campur kicap manis, kicap masin garam, secukup rasa daun sup, bawang goreng [untuk taburan diatasnya]
Cara Membuatnya 1. Tumis bahan yang dimesin hingga benar-benar garing, masukkan daging gaul hingga masak. 2. Masukkan lontong yang telah didadu gaul hingga sebati. 3. Masukkan kicap masin dan kicap manis [agak-agak 2-3 camb.] gaul lagi hinnga rata. 4. Masukkan sayur campur dan digaul rata 5.Lubangkan ditengah masukkan telur sambil sesekali dikacau telur supaya rata masaknya. Setelah masak gaul semuanya hingga rata. 6. When smoking hot, brown the radish flour cakes, cutting it into small pieces with the spatula as you fry. Push aside the pieces. Heat another table spoon of oil in the wok. Sauté garlic and chye poh till browned. Toss with the radish cake pieces. Make a space in the middle, add the last of the oil and break eggs into the space. Leave to set for a few minutes and then push the radish cake on top. Drizzle with fish sauce, add chilli paste and toss some more to ensure an even mix. Serve hot garnished with spring onion.
