The Most Beautiful of all Names

As is the case with all other beings, we also exist in a state of need. Our existence depends on many conditions: oxygen to breathe, water and nutrients for our bodies' physical functions, for example. The list is endless, for an infinite number of details are essential for maintaining each person's physical existence.

However, all people can survive without giving much thought to meeting their needs. Everything they need for their bodies and their survival has already been provided and put to use. The first example that comes to mind is breathing. Oxygen is essential for survival, but who provides the right ratio of oxygen in the atmosphere? Or, who places the system that takes in this oxygen and processes it so that it can be conveyed to each cell? None of these can be attributed to anyone, for no one has any part in forming the atmosphere or one's respiration system.

This vital need being the foremost, every detail is designed in its most perfect and feasible form. At this point, we encounter a superior wisdom that designs all details and the infinite compassion that the Owner of this wisdom—Allah, the Most Merciful—shows to us.

Allah's mercy is not limited to meeting people's physical needs. Allah created people, placed them in the most suitable place, and, in return, only asked them to serve Him. He also told people how to do this and sent down books and Prophets for this very purpose. This way, Allah made Himself known and called them to religion and moral excellence. These are obvious signs of our Lord's infinite mercy.

The attribute al-Malik means that Allah is the sovereign of everything that exists, the Creator and sole Owner of all known and unknown universes, and the everlasting Sovereign of our universe. All stars, human beings, animals, plants, jinn, angels, demons, and other beings of which we are either aware or unaware are all under Allah's command. Allah, the Lord of all universes, also owns countless universes and regulates their amazing order.

It is unlikely that people who consciously submit to Almighty Allah considers themselves to be aimless beings. Allah is aware of everything, for He sees and hears everything. People who are aware of this also have to be aware that they are responsible to our Creator. Indeed, the consciousness that the universe's all-pervasive order has a unique owner makes believers naturally turn to Allah, Who holds sway over everything and everyone. Below are some of the verses related to this issue:

Allah is the sole Creator of all that exists, whether in the various micro- and macro-universes. Many people fail to see this all-pervasive order and stability when they gaze around themselves.

As Allah states in “Allah keeps a firm hold on the heavens and Earth, preventing them from vanishing. And if they vanished, no one could then keep hold of them” (Surah Fatir, 35:41), He regulates and protects all of the various universes' existing systems.

Given that we are inherently feeble, we sometimes err, forget, make mistakes, and become heedless. We also have many weaknesses. For example, we need to take care of our bodies, which involves endless routines to keep them clean and fresh. If we become too tired, are deprived of sleep for a few days, or do not drink for a prolonged time, we become weak. Yet, Allah, Who possesses everything and owns the most beautiful names, is surely beyond all weaknesses. Allah's infinite power, wisdom, glory, and unbounded knowledge are related in the Qur'an, as follows:

Allah, there is no deity but Him, the Living, the Self-Sustaining. He is not subject to drowsiness or sleep. Everything in the heavens and Earth belongs to Him. Who can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, but they cannot grasp any of His knowledge save what He wills. His Footstool encompasses the heavens and Earth, and their preservation does not tire Him. He is the Most High, the Magnificent. (Surat al-Baqara, 2:255)

No doubt, the blissful life in both worlds manifests Allah's attribute of as-Salam upon His faithful servants. A believer who is devoted to Allah and does good deeds to attain His good pleasure will return to His Lord “...well pleasing and well pleased” ( Surat al-Fajr, 89:28). Allah describes what such servants will find in the Hereafter, as follows:


Allah's attribute of as-Salam is also His greeting to those who enter Paradise . In Surah Ya Sin 36:58 Allah states: "‘Peace!' A word from a Merciful Lord.” This greeting is the greatest reward that believers will ever receive, for:

Subject: RAHSIA SURAL-KAUTSAR

Surah Al-Kautsar

Surah ini paling pendek, hanya mengandungi 3 ayat & diturunkan di Makkah dan bermaksud sungai di syurga. Kolam sungai ini diperbuat daripada batu permata nan indah dan cantik.

Rasanya lebih manis daripada madu, warnanya pula lebih putih daripada susu dan lebih wangi daripada kasturi.

Surah ini disifatkan sebagai surah penghibur hati Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. kerana diturunkan ketika baginda bersedih atas kematian 2 orang yang dikasihi iaitu anak lelakinya Ibrahim dan bapa saudaranya Abu Talib.

Pelbagai khasiat terkandung di dalam surah ini dan boleh kita amalkan:-

1) Baca surah ini ketika hujan dan berdoa, mudah-mudahan Allah s.w.t. makbulkan doa kita.

2) Jika kita kehausan dan tiada air, bacalah surah ini dan gosok di leher, Insya'allah hilang dahaga.

3) Jika sering sakit mata, seperti berair, gatal, bengkak, sapukan air mawar yang sudah dibacakan surah ini sebanyak 10x pada mata.

4) Jika rumah dipercayai terkena sihir, baca surah ini 10x, mudah-mudahan Allah s.w.t. bagi ilham pada kita dimana letaknya sihir itu.

5) Jika membacanya 1,000x rezeki kita akan bertambah.

6) Jika rajin membacanya, hati kita akan menjadi lembut dan khusyuk ketika menunaikan solat.

7) Jika orang teraniaya dan terpenjara membacanya sebanyak 71x, Allah s.w.t . akan memberikan bantuan kepadanya kerana dia tidak bersalah tetapi dizalimi.

Fadhilat Membaca Bismillah




Membaca Bismillah setiap kali melakukan sesuatu pekerjaan atau perbuatan sebenarnya memberi kebaikan yang sangat banyak. Allah sendiri memerintahkan para malaikat supaya mencatat pahala bagi umat manusia yang membaca Bismillah.

Seseorang yang membaca Bismillah sebanyak 21 kali ketika hendak tidur, akan aman dariapda gangguan syaitan, kecurian, maut yang mendadak dan bala. Sementara pasangan yang membacanya ketika hendak berjimak, akan melahirkan anak yang soleh dan bagi ibu bapanya kebajikan sejumlah tarikan nafas anak itu.

Membaca 41 kali Bismillah ke telingan orang yang pengsan, insya Allah dia akan segera sedar. Membaca 313 kali Bismillah serta 100 kali selawat ke atas Nabi SAW pada waktu pagi hari Ahad sewaktu matahari terbit dengan menghadap kiblat, insya Allah akan mendapat rezeki yang tidak terduga.

Bagi ibu bapa yang mempunyai anak yang bebal, eloklah dibaca Bismillah sebanyak 786 kali, kemudian ditiupkan pada air lalu diberi minum anak itu selama tujuh hari pada saat matahari terbit, insya Allah lenyaplah kebebebalannya. Perkara yang sama juga dilakukan kepada adik-beradik, suami, isteri atau sesiapa yang dimaksudkan.

Sesiapa yang membaca 50 kali Bismillah di hadapan orang orang zalim, akan tunduk dan takutlah orang zalim itu. Bagi perempuan yang hamil, tulislah 61 kali kalimah Bismillah hingga akhirnya dengan huruf Arab di atas kertas putih lalu sisipkannya ke perut wanita itu, insya Allah hidup anak yang dikandung itu.

Mereka yang berniaga, bacalah 786 kali di hadapan dagangannya lalu dihembuskan selama tujuh hari. Insya Allah dengan izin Allah akan majulah perniagaannya.
